RISKARMIS® is a risk identifying review service which focusses on your commercial and regulatory risk profile. It will provide you with the opportunity to identify both commercial and regulatory risk, for your business, to business commercial contracts and your customer facing terms and conditions.

We recognise that the regulatory framework within the travel industry can sometimes be a minefield. We pride ourselves on having the ability to break this down into clear and simple advice as we appreciate that not all businesses have in-house legal counsel. Internal resourcing can easily be diverted away from your commercial contracts and key terms. Quite often, what you think your commercial contracts cover and what they actually say are two completely different things.

A RISKARMIS® review will provide you with a report that will summarise your current contractual risk exposure. Depending on the findings of the review, this could range from providing you with confidence that your contractual arrangements remain appropriate for your business in the current legal and regulatory environment. Alternatively, the review can also identify where you currently have unexpected exposure and provide you with recommendations on the ways in which they can be managed. A RISKARMIS® review could be of particular benefit when discussing your contractual arrangements with your Insurance providers.
